4. Custom and Personalised Jewellery

4.1. Custom and personalised orders are bespoke and made to the customer’s specifications. Such items are non-refundable unless defective.
4.2. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details (e.g., letters, initials). Type Berlin will not be held liable for any errors.
4.3. Due to the bespoke nature, these pieces may take longer for delivery as specified at the time of ordering.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable German VAT.
5.2. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods.
5.3. We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and other specified payment methods.

6. Delivery

6.1. We deliver throughout Germany and internationally with estimated delivery times stated at checkout.

7.1. Standard jewellery items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7.2. Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Warranty and Defects

8.1. All products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
