How do I know which ring size I need?

To determine your ring size accurately, measure the circumference of your finger using a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark where the ends meet, and measure that length in millimeters. Compare this measurement to a ring size chart to find your perfect fit. For best results, measure your finger at the end of the day when it is warm, as fingers tend to be smaller in the morning and colder conditions. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Our custom design service also allows for personalized fitting assistance to ensure your TYPE ring fits flawlessly. 

Where is the jewelry produced?

Our jewelry is produced in our own jewelry workshop in Berlin Germany

Is it possible to order the pieces in a different material or with a different surface finish?

We offer a polished, wire brushed, and sandblasted finishes on most of the pieces.

While most of our collections are stocked in Sterling Silver we can also have them cast in Gold, Platinum, Palladium and Stainless steel.

Can the jewelry be engraved? 

Please email us in advance if you would like to add a custom engraving to one of our jewelry pieces and we will determin if it is possible.

I need a piece quickly, but it is not in stock. Can you expedite the manufacturing? 

Depending on our inventory we might be able to expedite the manufacturing. Please email us in advance and we'll get back to you with the fastest possible delivery date.

Where can I get my Type Berlin jewelry repaired? 

While we are capeable and happy to do most repairs, please email us if you need to get your jewelry repaired and we will determine if it is possible or reccomend a jeweler near you who can help.
